If it is agreed that Everyday Moments Style will obtain necessary supplies, you agree to pay in advance or fully reimburse Everyday Moments Style for all cost of supplies associated with the service.

Consignment Concierge service is offered as a complimentary service for all styling services. by Mary Dyánn sells all consignment pieces through The RealReal as a trusted partner. The Client agrees to The RealReal’s Terms of Service and Consignment/Sales Agreement by agreeing to or requesting the Consignment Concierge service. by Mary Dyánn values the trust of its clients and, agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information about the client learned through the performance of services. All information seen, heard, or discussed with the client will be held in the strictest confidence.

A 50% deposit is required prior to booking styling appointments. An additional fee of $50 will be added to all in-person consultations and services that are 50 miles outside of 22180. Consultations are paid in full at the time of scheduling. Fee is applied to your service.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the styling service, session or consultation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 48 hours or less of the styling service, session or consultation are non-refundable and/or will be charged the $50 cancellation fee.

I herby acknowledge that I understand I am using a styling service. I hereby waive any and all monetary claims for damage to my furniture, clothing, shoes and accessories, and any other elements related to the Everyday Moments Style services provided.

Client agrees to allow Everyday Moments Style full use of images taken of their home/space/closet for promotional purposes only. Client agrees to allow all images to be used across its website, www.bymarydyann.com and social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, ETC). Clients personal information such as name, full address and phone number will not be revealed. In certain cases clients numerical address maybe used for labeling purposes only. No other identifiable personal information will be used in property or styling photos. I have read and agree to the terms above.
