Home Account

  • You have the option to create an account during checkout or by using the “Sign In link” in your navigation menu.

    After creating an account, you’ll receive a “welcome” email.

    Create an account at checkout

    After you enter your email, shipping, and billing information, you can check “Create an account” for faster checkout and create a password for your new account. Your account passwords must be at least 10 characters.

    You can also choose to save your payment information. You can save credit card information, but not PayPal or Apple Pay.

    Accounts can only be created for Everyday Moments Home purchases.

  • After you’ve logged in, you can click the “Account link” to:

    • View orders

    • Manage subscriptions

    • View and manage member area memberships

    • Add and update billing information

    • Add and update shipping addresses for future one-time orders. To change the shipping address for subscriptions, you must cancel the subscription and re-subscribe using different shipping details.

    • Update you name or password

  • After clicking the “Sign In”link on the homepage, you can click “Forgot password?” to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

    We unable to change your password for you.

  • Select “My Account”. Then select “Account”. At the bottom of your account page select “Profile” to update your name or password.

  • It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.

Shipping

  • Yes! Standard FedEx or UPS ground shipping is included with all orders. You may select which couriers you’d like to ship your package with at checkout.

    Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Express shipping prices for both couriers are displayed during the checkout process.

    Hand delivery is complementary depending on your zip code with the northern Virginia area. If you order qualifies for hand delivery, the option will be made available at checkout.

  • Our arrangements are made-to-order and handcrafted with love and care. Each order requires 3 business days to process. After your order has processed, you will receive shipping notifications with your tracking information and order details.

  • Arrangement Unpacking Instructions:

    1. Farmhouse Florals: Open your package from the top of the box. The “This Side Up” label will point to the top of the package.

    1A . Farmhouse Orchids: Open your package from the bottom of the box. The bottom of the box is opposite the “This Side Up” label. Remove tape from the bottom of the box by gently laying box on its side. Stand box upright, then gently slide box upward.

    2. Gently remove stuffing starting with the top.

    3. Gently remove stuffing from the middle of the package.

    4. Gently remove arrangement from the middle of the package. Keep removing stuffing from the middle of the package if arrangement isn’t loose enough to gently remove with ease.

    5. After arrangement is free from packaging, remove remaining brown paper wrapping from arrangement. Loose moss may fall out as package shifts.

    6. Orchids only—After you remove brown wrapping from arrangement, also remove additional brown paper from Orchid stems. Gently bend orchid leaves downward or to your liking.

    7. Gently remove any bubble wrap from the base of the mason jar.

    The hemp wrapping can be left on the arrangement or removed to showcase the moss.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our produts are designed to enrich your life by captivating your senses—sight, smell and touch! We know you’ll love your Everyday Moments Home purchase, however should you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accommodate a complimentary return within 14 days of your delivery date.

    Please email us at hello@bymarydyann.com to initiate your eligible return request.

    Once your return has been approved you will receive a pre-paid Fed EX shipping label VIA e-mail. Please take your return to a physical Fed Ex location and obtain a receipt with your tracking number for records. A full refund will be provided after your return is accepted in our studio. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    During the holiday season you may return any eligible product purchased on November 8th, 2023 through January 8th, 2024. No further exceptions will be made outside of these dates.

    Promotional and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE. No Refunds, returns or exchanges will be provided.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days. Refund timelines vary by bank so please check with your financial institution regarding refund timeframes.

  • Any and all customization of by Mary Dyánn floral arrangements are considered custom works. Custom work is provided to and for clients at there own risk. All custom orders are final.

  • If you haven’t received a refund, please reach out to your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund has officially posted to your credit card or bank account.

    If you’ve contacted your bank or credit card company and you still have not received your refund, and its been past 21 days since your refund was issued, please contact us at hello@bymarydyann.com.

Arrangement Care

  • Our florals are made from a high quality material that is deigned to last season after season with proper upkeep. Gently dust your arrangement with a duster of your choice as needed.

    DO NOT pull or tug on florals!

    Be sure to keep preserved moss away from unfinished wood surfaces. Color transfer and color bleeding may occur under certain conditions. Use caution to protect surfaces and fine finishes especially in high humidity conditions. Colors maybe be removed easily with standard cleaning solutions.

  • Our arrangements are handmade, so stem placement may vary. Stem style and color scheme will always remain the same.

  • Yes! We also offer fresh Orchids and Floral arrangements upon request. Due to shipping restrictions, we only offer fresh orchid and floral arrangements within the Northern Virginia and D.C. area.

    Hand delivery can be arranged within the select regions.

The Bloom Ritual

RESIDENTIAL Collection

  • The Bloom Ritual is a seasonal floral subscription designed to bring intentional beauty into your home. Each month, you receive a curated arrangement experience inspired by the rhythm of the season — either as a hands-on styling bundle (The Glam Bundle) or a fully arranged statement piece (The Luxe Edit).

  • The Glam Bundle includes curated premium stems delivered for you to arrange at home. It is not pre-assembled and allows you to participate in the styling process. A vessel may be added separately.

    The Luxe Edit arrives fully arranged with a larger stem count and includes our signature vessel. It is delivered ready to place.

  • Your Bloom Ritual renews monthly on the same date as your original purchase. You’ll receive confirmation prior to each shipment.

  • Yes. We require a 3-month commitment to honor the seasonal rhythm of the experience. After that, you may pause or cancel anytime.

  • Shipments are sent once per month within a pre-communicated delivery window. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

  • Yes. After your initial 3-month commitment, you may pause one shipment per quarter with at least 7 days’ notice before billing.

  • If your arrangement arrives compromised, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will gladly assess and offer a thoughtful resolution.

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • Yes. Each arrangement reflects the season’s natural availability and aesthetic intention. Substitutions may occur based on quality standards.

  • By enrolling in The Bloom Ritual, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. A three-month minimum commitment is required to honor the integrity of the seasonal experience.

    Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless paused or canceled after the initial term.

    Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your billing date. Cancellations made after billing will apply to the following cycle.

    We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice to members. Founding Members retain locked pricing for the first 12 months.

    Shipping dates are predetermined and communicated in advance. Due to the perishable nature of florals, delivery dates cannot be modified once shipped.

  • Yes. The Bloom Ritual makes an elevated and meaningful gift. Please contact us for custom gifting arrangements or seasonal gift options.

  • The Residential Collection is designed for personal spaces and homes, while The Executive Collection brings elegant floral design into professional environments.

The Bloom Ritual

Executive Collection

  • The Executive Collection is a recurring seasonal floral installation service designed for professional workspaces. We curate and install refined floral arrangements for reception areas, executive offices, and client-facing environments.

  • Each month, we deliver, install, and style your seasonal arrangement on-site. At the next scheduled refresh, we remove the prior installation and replace it with a newly curated design.

  • Schedule a private consultation. We will assess your space, recommend the appropriate tier, and provide a tailored proposal.

  • Yes. Executive Collection partnerships require a 3-month minimum commitment and automatically renew month-to-month thereafter. We also offer a 12-month Executive Partnership Tier at a preferred rate.

  • All Executive Collection services require a corporate card on file. Monthly fees are automatically charged to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • Yes. We can incorporate subtle brand-aligned tones where appropriate while maintaining seasonal elegance and refined design.

  • Please notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled refresh. Adjustments can be discussed based on timing and floral procurement.

  • At this time, the Executive Collection is available locally in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. areas. As we grow, we plan to expand nationally.

  • Our service includes installation and monthly refresh based on the Edit selection. Clients are responsible for reasonable care (avoiding excessive handling or relocation). Care instructions are provided as needed.

  • The Executive Collection is not a drop-off floral delivery. It is an environmental installation service curated around brand presence, seasonal rhythm, and consistent aesthetic refinement.

  • The Residential Collection is designed for personal spaces and homes, while The Executive Collection brings elegant floral design into professional environments.

The Bloom Atelier

  • Each Atelier Experience offers a different level of creative direction, planning, and support. Design fees are structured by tier to reflect the scope of involvement and ensure every client receives the level of care their event requires.

  • Florals are deeply personal and vary by season, scale, and selection. Quoting florals separately allows us to tailor your arrangements intentionally—based on your vision, not a preset package.

  • Yes. Each Experience includes a minimum floral investment to maintain design integrity and ensure cohesive, elevated results. Final floral pricing is confirmed during the design process.

  • Because our work is rooted in intention, quality, and sustainability. A minimum floral investment allows us to thoughtfully source premium materials, design with creative freedom, and deliver arrangements that feel cohesive, elevated, and true to our brand standards—not rushed or compromised.

  • Our minimum isn’t arbitrary—it’s what allows us to maintain consistency, integrity, and excellence across every Floral Experience. Reducing the investment would require compromising on material quality or design execution, which isn’t aligned with how we serve our clients.

  • Florals set the tone for an entire space or event. High-quality stems, vessels, and mechanics ensure your arrangements photograph beautifully, last as intended, and feel refined in person. This investment protects the overall experience—not just the final look.

  • We prioritize responsible sourcing, proper preparation, and waste-conscious design practices. The minimum investment supports these efforts while ensuring our team is compensated fairly for the time, expertise, and care required to execute your vision well.

  • We believe florals should feel intentional, not transactional. The minimum floral investment creates space for artistry, alignment, and a seamless design process—so you’re not just purchasing flowers, you’re investing in an experience.

  • It guarantees that your Floral Experience is approached with the same level of care, creativity, and attention to detail—regardless of scale. Every client receives our full design expertise, premium materials, and an outcome that feels considered and elevated.
