Understanding Your Experience

Commitment, Billing & Renewal

The Executive Collection requires a minimum three (3) month commitment. Following the initial term, services automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated with thirty (30) days written notice.

Clients selecting the Executive Partnership Tier commit to a twelve (12) month agreement at a preferred partnership rate. Early termination of the 12-month agreement will result in the remaining balance becoming due.

All Executive Collection partnerships require a valid corporate card on file. Monthly services are billed automatically on the same calendar date each month for the duration of your agreement.

For Executive Partnership Tier (12-month agreements), billing occurs monthly at the preferred partnership rate unless otherwise arranged.
